The short version. ViewWorld shows public information about the world. It is not advice, it is not always right, and you should not make a decision that matters on the strength of a number here without checking it at the source we link to. ViewWorld Pro is an optional subscription that changes how the app is arranged and what it tells you; every figure in the app is free without it. Cancel any time in your Apple ID settings.
ViewWorld is operated by Rankee LLC, doing business as Kjags Advisors, a limited liability company. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Rankee LLC, and "you" means the person using the app or the site. Reach us at keeranj@kjagsadvisors.com.
By using the ViewWorld app or the site at viewworld.app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. If we change them in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for a material change, say so in the app.
ViewWorld is an information display. It aggregates publicly available data from government agencies, public feeds, exchanges and news publishers, and shows it on a map and in a feed. Every figure is attributed on screen and links back to its publisher.
ViewWorld is not:
Where the app displays betting odds or prediction-market prices, it is reporting a publicly quoted number, in the way a sports or financial news outlet does. Some rows link out to a public market page in your browser. What you do on another company's site is between you and them, and is governed by their terms, not ours.
The data comes from third parties. We do not control it, we cannot guarantee it, and it will sometimes be late, missing or mistaken. Data is provided as it is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any purpose. Check anything that matters against the source we link to before you act on it.
An account is optional; every information feature works without one. If you make one, keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it yourself at any time, in the app under Settings then Account, or on the web under your account menu. Deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack, abuse or overload the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to make an account, and old enough to agree to a contract where you live.
ViewWorld Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store. It is offered weekly, monthly and yearly. The price shown in the app is the price in your own currency, quoted by the App Store at the time you look.
Pro changes how the app is arranged and what it tells you. Every figure the app displays is public information and is available on the free plan. We may change what Pro includes as the app grows; if we remove something material from a plan you are paying for, we will say so in the app before it takes effect, and you can cancel.
If we ever offer a free trial or an introductory price, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription, as the App Store requires.
Please do not scrape the app or the API at a rate that degrades it for other people, resell or redistribute the data as though it were your own feed, try to break the authentication, or use ViewWorld to do something unlawful. We may rate-limit, suspend or block access that does any of these. Where we offer an API, its own published limits apply.
Headlines, quotes, odds, filings and live video streams belong to the organisations that produce them, and are shown here with attribution and a link. Their trademarks are theirs. Links out of the app open in your browser and are not our responsibility. Live news channels are played from the broadcasters' own public streams; we do not host, alter or monetize them.
The ViewWorld name, the mark, the interface and the code are ours. You may use the app for your own purposes, personal or professional, on the devices you control. You may not copy the interface, resell access, or present ViewWorld as your own product.
We try to keep ViewWorld up, and we will sometimes fail. The service is provided as it is and as available. Upstream feeds go down, and when they do parts of the app go quiet. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. If we discontinue a paid feature you are subscribed to, cancel and you will not be charged again.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ViewWorld and Rankee LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any lost profit, lost data or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the app or from any data shown in it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free user is nothing.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, and in those places the exclusions apply only as far as the law permits.
You can stop using ViewWorld at any time, and delete your account in the app. We may end your access if you break these terms. The sections on accuracy, our own content, liability and governing law survive the end of your use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this section takes away a consumer protection you have where you live.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to support ViewWorld. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. If the app fails to conform to any warranty Apple is required to provide, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
